Dill Pickle Dip

Okay, so you may have already seen this one floating around the internet, but what can I say, I'm just a show-up-late type of blogger.  Actually, now that I think of it...it's probably better I post stuff a few months out of the rush.  You'll see this post and probably say, "Oh, yeah! I remember seeing this around! I always wanted to try it, but forgot about it until now, thanks Kacey's Kitchen!!!!".  That's what I imagine your visits here are like anyway.

When I first saw this dip, I thought it would be too much.  Too strong, too salty, too pickley.  But NOPE! It was delicious and creamy and simple and perfect!  I would actually love it as a spread on a sandwich.  Below is the recipe!

  1. I've never looked into the ingredients for Dill Pickle dip. I'd always assumed it was just dill and cream cheese lol Good to know it's more than that! Thanks for the enlightenment :)

  4. I also was unsure about it... When I first saw this dip I immediately thought "sounds like a stereotypical pregnant person snack". But I am definitely not pregnant and it still tastes delicious!
